Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to relational-studio.com and the online services that link to it. Relational Studio is the psychotherapy practice of Pablo Lo Giudice, LPCC #15994 in California and LPC #98485 in Texas.
It does not replace any Notice of Privacy Practices, informed consent, or other privacy notice that applies after a therapeutic relationship is established.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a consultation or contact us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, state, scheduling preferences, and a brief description of what you are seeking. You may also provide information through email, telephone, or another method you choose.
Do not include detailed clinical histories, diagnoses, crisis information, or other highly sensitive information. The website form is intended to begin a conversation, not to provide therapy or emergency support.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, the site and its service providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, dates and times of visits, and interactions with site features.

- Measure the effectiveness of outreach and advertising.

Where required, we rely on consent or another lawful basis appropriate to the activity and jurisdiction.
Clinical privacy & urgent needs
Information collected through this public website is different from a psychotherapy record. If you become a client, clinical information is handled under the practice’s informed-consent documents, recordkeeping policies, professional duties, and applicable health-privacy law.
Email, text messages, and ordinary website forms may not provide the same protections as a designated client portal. Please use the communication method Pablo provides for clinical matters once care begins.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency in the United States, call 911 or call or text 988. Do not rely on the website form for urgent help.
Your privacy choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures.
To make a request, email pablo@pablotherapist.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained when required for legal, licensing, safety, fraud-prevention, or professional reasons. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response and stating that you wish to appeal.
We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact us.
Retention, security & links
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and professional records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type and context of the information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website, email, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. The site may link to services operated by others; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
