Working Together

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons.

Sometimes it’s something specific—a pattern that keeps repeating, a relationship that feels stuck, or a part of your life that isn’t working the way you want it to. Other times, it’s harder to name. Just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

The work isn’t about fitting you into a category. It’s about understanding what’s actually happening in your life—and creating space for something different to emerge.

Couples Therapy

For partners who want to understand what’s happening between them—and decide how to move forward.

We might focus on:

  • Communication breakdowns
  • Reconnection after distance
  • Ongoing conflict
  • Whether to stay or separate

Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself more clearly—how you relate, what you want, and what gets in the way.

You may come in feeling:

  • Stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand
  • Disconnected from yourself or others
  • Uncertain about identity, direction, or desire

Sex, Intimacy & Kink

A space to talk openly about desire, intimacy, and sexuality—without judgment.

This is kink-aware, sex therapy in California and Texas, offering a place to explore these experiences with clarity and without needing to filter who you are.

This can include:

  • Mismatched desire
  • Shame or avoidance
  • Exploring kink or nontraditional relationships
  • Rebuilding intimacy

What to Expect

We begin with a consultation—a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit.

If we decide to work together, sessions are typically held weekly and last 55-60 minutes.

The process isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and creating meaningful change over time.
