Success, Relationships & Intimacy

A demanding career can leave little room for the conversations that matter.

You can be capable, accomplished, and deeply committed to your work—and still find yourself unsure how to reach the person closest to you.

Perhaps your relationship has become mostly logistics. Perhaps desire has changed, the same argument keeps returning, or you feel more comfortable being needed than being known. Professional success does not make those experiences less real.

Relational Studio offers a space to look honestly at what is happening in your relationships, sexuality, and sense of self.

When competence becomes the default

At work, people may rely on you to have the answer, make the decision, and keep moving. At home, you may bring the same habits to conversations that ask something different of you.

A partner may want understanding when you are offering solutions. You may find it difficult to ask for care, admit uncertainty, or stay present when a conversation has no clear outcome.

Therapy is a place to notice these patterns and understand what they mean in your life.

What we can explore

The parts of your life that deserve attention

Our conversations might include:

  • Emotional distance despite a strong commitment to each other.
  • Recurring conflict around time, travel, attention, or competing priorities.
  • Differences in desire, sexual expectations, or comfort discussing intimacy.
  • The pressure to appear composed when you feel lonely or overwhelmed.
  • Questions about identity, sexuality, monogamy, or other relationship structures.
  • Changes in who you are—and what you want—as your life and career evolve.

You do not need to wait for a crisis or arrive with a neatly defined problem.

Pablo Lo Giudice, psychotherapist and founder of Relational Studio

Meet Pablo

A perspective shaped by relationships and leadership

I’m Pablo Lo Giudice, a psychotherapist whose work focuses on intimacy, sexuality, identity, and connection.

My clinical experience includes working with executives, accomplished professionals, and people in technology, entertainment, and the arts, including clients in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.

Before becoming a therapist, I held a corporate executive role in Latin America. That experience informs my understanding of responsibility, professional expectations, and the demands that can accompany an ambitious career.

In therapy, we make room for your experience beyond the role you perform for other people.

Honest conversation, at your pace

My approach is direct, curious, and collaborative. We look beneath the immediate disagreement to the patterns shaping how you connect, protect yourself, and express what you need.

The work is LGBTQ+ affirming and kink-aware, with room for conventional and nontraditional relationships. Sex, desire, uncertainty, and ambivalence are subjects we can discuss openly.

You can come individually or as a couple. We will explore what working together might look like and whether my approach feels right for you.
