A question to begin: What happens when someone approaches a relationship as another problem to solve?
The person behind the professional role
When others depend on your judgment, admitting uncertainty or asking for support can feel unfamiliar. Explore identity, responsibility, and the difficulty of letting someone see beyond the composed exterior.
A question to begin: How can someone recognize that being needed has become a substitute for feeling known?
What couples stop saying to each other
Relationships can become efficient while difficult conversations disappear. Explore the subjects couples avoid, the patterns beneath recurring arguments, and how to begin a more honest exchange.
A question to begin: What are couples communicating when they keep having the same argument?
Desire in a demanding life
Sexual connection deserves a conversation that includes attention, stress, identity, expectations, and the relationship itself. Explore how couples can discuss changes in desire without turning either person into the problem.
A question to begin: How can partners talk about different levels of desire without blame?
Who gets to define a successful relationship?
