What This Work Looks Like
Starting therapy can feel unclear at first. Most people don’t come in with everything figured out—they come in because something feels off, stuck, or harder than it should be.
This page gives you a clear sense of how I work and what you can expect.
If you’re wondering whether this is the right fit, you’ll likely find most of your answers here. If something still feels unclear, we can talk it through.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
People don’t come to therapy because everything is clear.
More often, it’s the opposite—something feels off, patterns repeat, or relationships start to feel harder than they should.
My work focuses on helping you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface, so you can make decisions that feel more honest, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
How I Work
Therapy here is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real conversation.
I’m not interested in scripts or quick fixes. We look closely at the patterns, assumptions, and dynamics shaping your experience—especially in relationships, intimacy, and identity.
This includes space for conversations often avoided elsewhere: sex, desire, kink, and nontraditional relationships, and the parts of your life that don’t always fit neatly into categories.
The goal isn’t to push you in a specific direction. It’s to help you see more clearly, so you can decide what actually fits.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples in California and Texas navigating questions around connection, identity, intimacy, and sexuality.
This includes LGBTQ+ clients, people exploring nontraditional or polyamorous relationships, and those seeking kink-aware or sex therapy in a space where they don’t have to edit themselves to be understood.
You don’t need to arrive with the right language—just a willingness to look honestly at what’s there.
